About the Role
Seibu Prince Hotels and Resorts seeks a highly motivated and results-oriented Brand Executive to join our dynamic team in Bangkok. This key role will be instrumental in providing executive support to the Head of Business Transformation, focusing on administrative, design, and project assistance to strengthen the Seibu Prince Hotels & Resorts corporate and individual hotel brands, ultimately enhancing guest experiences and aligning with the company vision.
Key Responsibilities
• Brand Project Support: Assist in the development and execution of design projects for both the corporate brand and individual hotels, including marketing materials and internal communications.
• Project Management & Coordination: Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables for all brand-related initiatives, ensuring efficient execution and collaboration between corporate and hotel properties.
• Strategic Brand Implementation: Support the Head of Business Transformation in developing and implementing strategies to strengthen the overall company brand and enhance individual hotel brands.
• Guest Experience Enhancement: Provide administrative and design support for projects focused on understanding and improving the guest experience across all touchpoints, aligned with brand standards.
• Brand & Guest Experience Audits: Assist in the coordination and preparation of materials for internal and external audits and support the implementation of corrective actions based on findings.
• Administrative & Reporting Support: Manage administrative tasks, prepare reports and presentations related to brand performance and guest experience, and maintain organised documentation.
Experience & Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience supporting brand development and marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency across various platforms.
• Proven ability to coordinate projects, manage timelines, and provide strong administrative support with meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the hospitality industry or service sector, understanding the importance of brand and guest experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
